About Jamu Studio
Jamu Studio was born from a shared love of storytelling, craftsmanship, and nostalgia.
Our name, Jamu, is inspired by the jamun fruit, a childhood favourite that holds a special place in our hearts. For us, jamun represents summer afternoons, stained fingertips, family gatherings, and the simple joys of growing up. It is a fruit deeply woven into memories, and that sense of nostalgia became the foundation of our brand.
Founded by two cousins living in different corners of the world, one in Punjab, Pakistan, and the other in London, Jamu Studio bridges cultures, memories, and experiences. Despite the distance between us, we found ourselves constantly drawn back to the same stories, traditions, colours, and objects that shaped our childhoods.
Jamu Studio is our way of celebrating those connections.
Through handcrafted accessories, jewellery, parandas, and keepsakes, we reimagine familiar traditions for a modern generation. We draw inspiration from our Punjabi heritage, everyday rituals, family heirlooms, local craftsmanship, and the beauty of things made by hand. Our pieces are designed to feel both meaningful and contemporary, blending tradition with a softer, more modern aesthetic.
At its heart, Jamu Studio is about preserving memories. It's about the comforting familiarity of childhood, the stories passed down through generations, and the objects that remind us of where we come from.
Every piece is created with care, celebrating craftsmanship, individuality, and the beauty of connection, whether that connection is to a place, a memory, a tradition, or a loved one.
Thank you for being part of our story.
Made with love, inspired by nostalgia, and rooted in heritage.
