Jamu Studio is a Pakistan-based handcrafted accessories brand celebrating craftsmanship, creativity, and modern South Asian design. Each piece is thoughtfully created in small batches, with a focus on quality, detail, and timeless design.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Jamu Studio", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Jamu Studio. "You" and "your" refer to our customers and website visitors.

 

 

Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, measurements, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and should not be considered defects.

We also make every effort to accurately represent colours; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

 

 

Placing an Order

Once you place an order, you will receive an email or confirmation message acknowledging that we have received it.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order due to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Please ensure all personal details, delivery information, and order selections are correct before completing your purchase.

 

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice; however, once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price paid will remain unchanged.

Payment must be completed in full before your order can be processed and dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or payment processing fees applied by your financial institution remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery

We carefully prepare and pack every order before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery information is accurate and complete.

Jamu Studio cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or returned parcels resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. Should an order be returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

Handmade Pieces

Every Jamu Studio piece is handcrafted with care.

Because our products are made by hand, small differences between pieces may occur. Variations in bead placement, embroidery, colour tones, finishing details, or texture are part of the handmade process and contribute to the individuality of each item.

These characteristics are not considered faults but rather reflect the unique nature of artisanal craftsmanship.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Jamu Studio purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging where possible

Due to hygiene reasons, certain products including earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Please note that variations associated with handmade products are not considered defects.

 

 

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised pieces are created specifically for you and therefore require extra care and attention during production.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the agreed specification.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review all names, spellings, colours, measurements, and personalisation details before placing an order, as Jamu Studio cannot be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

 

 

Intellectual Property

All content featured on the Jamu Studio website, including our branding, logo, product photography, designs, illustrations, graphics, written content, and creative assets, remains the property of Jamu Studio.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Jamu Studio is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, heat, or improper storage after delivery.

3. TERMS OF SALE

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Jamu Studio will only be formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • There is an error in the product description or pricing.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • We are unable to fulfil the order due to circumstances beyond our control.

If payment has already been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

 

 

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider remain your responsibility.

 

 

5. DELIVERY

Delivery information and estimated delivery times are available on our Shipping Policy page.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs checks

  • Events outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend the parcel.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

 

 

6. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your cancellation rights, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Products must be returned:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In their original condition

  • With original packaging where reasonably possible

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

The cost of returning non-faulty items remains the responsibility of the customer.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made products unless they are faulty.

 

 

7. PRODUCTS

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, photography, measurements and pricing are accurate.

Many Jamu Studio products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations between products may occur, including differences in:

  • Colour

  • Texture

  • Embellishment placement

  • Weaving or embroidery

  • Finishing details

These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered faults.

Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A repair

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A refund

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Personalised Products

Products made to your specifications or personalised for you cannot usually be cancelled or returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
